April 2016 saw the exciting announcement that UK based Vp plc acquired TR Pty Ltd. As part of the Vp group, TR is able to draw on their 60 plus years of proven history providing specialist rental equipment, asset management, and services to a diverse range of local and overseas markets including: civil engineering, rail, water, oil and gas, commercial and residential construction, and outdoor events.

As we begin this exciting new chapter, we are confident that the support, strength, and parallel business vision of Vp plc will deliver sustainable growth and development, as well as reinforce TR’s position as the number one rental provider in the marketplace.  Our continued focus will be to deliver greater value to our customers, and further enhance our product offerings.
